If you submit the Calmer Dog Reset form, Brevo processes your email address, submission details and double-opt-in confirmation record on behalf of Bright Dog Days. An address is not added to the subscriber list until its owner clicks the confirmation link. A contact message contains whatever information its sender chooses to include.
Why we use it
The email address and consent record are used to provide the requested guide and seven-email Calmer Dog Reset sequence. Consent is the intended lawful basis for these emails. Cloudflare may process ordinary delivery and security records where necessary to host and protect the live site. Cloudflare Web Analytics is selected for aggregate visits, page paths and performance information.
Who handles it
Brevo is the email service provider and processes subscriber information for Bright Dog Days. Cloudflare is the selected hosting, security and privacy-first web-analytics provider. Hosting and security may involve ordinary request data such as IP address, device information and timestamps. Cloudflare states that its separate Web Analytics product does not collect or use visitors' personal data and does not track individual users across its customers' sites.

Brevo and Cloudflare may process information outside the United Kingdom. Each provider publishes contractual data-protection terms and safeguards for relevant transfers. Bright Dog Days reviews those published safeguards and relevant account settings as part of its ongoing privacy checks.

Subscriber information is kept while the subscription is active and removed when it is no longer needed for the stated purpose. After an unsubscribe or objection, a minimal suppression record may be retained so the address is not accidentally contacted again. Contact correspondence is reviewed and kept only while needed to answer the message or meet a related legal obligation.
Your choices and rights
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe route, and consent can be withdrawn at any time. Depending on the circumstances, people can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of their personal information, and can object to its use. The right to object to direct marketing applies at any time. A concern can also be raised with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Cloudflare's security layer may set the strictly necessary __cf_bm cookie described in the Cookie Notice. This is separate from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is selected but is not currently active on the live site. Cloudflare says Web Analytics uses neither cookies nor local storage for usage metrics, does not log query strings and does not support custom events. Bright Dog Days intends to use aggregate visit and destination-page information rather than individual profiles, but analytics will remain off until the required visitor-choice mechanism and updated notice are in place. Confirmed subscription totals come from Brevo. A merchant or affiliate network may process referral information after a reader chooses a disclosed affiliate link under that provider's own privacy notice.
